大鼠脑出血后血肿周围组织中p75NTR表达及其与凋亡的时相性研究
Relationship of p75NTR and cell apoptosis around hematoma of intracerebral hemorrhagic rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship of p75 neurotrophin receptor (p75NTR) and cellular apoptosis around hematoma in different periods of the model of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rats. Methods Apoptotic cell ratio, the p75NTR protein and RNA expression were measured. Results Cellular apoptosis was observed 6 hours after ICH and reached peak at 72-hour and lasted till the 10th day, which is statically significant vs. control group (P <0. 01). Both of control and experimental groups could show expressions of p75NTR protein and gene, but statistical significance was shown between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ) , especially at 72-hour ( P < 0.001). p75NTR gene expression and cellular apoptosis showed positive correction with each other (P < 0.001), excluding the groups at 6-hour. Conclusions Cellular apoptosis was occurs in the tissue around hematoma with upregulations of p75NTR protein and gene, both of which have the same pattern with apoptosis, i. e. positive correlation between gene expression and apoptosis after 24 hours.关键词
