护理干预对老年高血压病的影响研究
Nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension.Method 128 elderly patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from February,2010 to February,2013 were selected.Nursing intervention was received by them.After the intervention,the status of blood pressure control and bad habit improvement were observed.Results After the intervention,the mean systolic blood pressure was (129.9 ± 10.3) mmHg,which was obviously lower than that (158.5 ± 13.1) mmHg before the intervention (P ＜ 0.05).After the intervention,the mean diastolic blood pressure was (83.8 ± 10.8) mmHg,which was obviously lower than that (99.7 ± 11.2) mmHg before the intervention (P ＜ 0.05).The bad habits,including excessive salt intake,smoking,drinking,and lack of physical exercise,were obviously improved after the intervention.Conclusions Nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension is significantly effective and is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
