帕金森病患者便秘状况相关因素分析及护理对策
Correlation analysis and nursing countermeasure of Parkinson patients with constipation

Abstract
Objective To analyze the incidence and related factors in Parkinson with constipation,discussing the impact on quality of life in Parkinson patients with constipation.Methods We collected sixtyseven patients diagnosed as Parkinson in our hospital,recording all kinds of risk factors,including medical history,vital signs and medication history,constipation was defined by Rome Ⅱ criteria,data collected through face to face interview when patients were sober and after taking medicine,Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale,Mini-Mental State Examination,Zung self-rating depression scale (ZSDS),Montreal Cognitive Assessment were recorded to evaluate the non-motor symptoms.Results Forty-seven of sixty-seven patients had constipation,the patients with constipation had higher HAMD and ZSDS than patients without constipation,which had statistic significance (P ＜ 0.05,respectively).Logistic regression showed that the incidence of constipation was strongly related to HAMD and ZSDS (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The incidence of constipation is higher and related to depression non-motor symptoms.关键词
