镉诱导PC12细胞自噬的形态学观察
Morphological observation on autophagy induced by cadmium in PC12 cells
摘要
Abstract
Morphological observation on autophagy was assayed after PC12 cells were treated with 20 μmol · L-1 cadmium for 24 h.The results showed that typical autophagosomes were found by TEM examination; the existence of AVOs was discovered by AO staining (P＜ 0.05) and obviously different from that in control group; In comparison with the control group,MDC staining revealed the increase of autolysosome,and the autophagy inhibitor 3-MA with cadmium reversed the number of autolysosome.It reveals that cadmium can promote the autophagy of PC12 Cells.关键词
