油菜外源抗除草剂基因的分子检测
Molecule detection of herbicide-resistant transgenic rapeseed
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,three unknown rapeseed varieties were detected through conventional PCR and real-time fluorescent PCR with primers and probes designed according to the sequences of BAR gene and GOX gene.The results showed that variety A was non-transgenic,variety B was glufosinate-resistant and variety C was glyphosate-resistant.This work provides technical support for inspection and testing of GMO biosafety.关键词
