齐拉西酮治疗32例女性精神分裂症患者不良反应观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the safety of Ziprasidone in female schizophrenia patients.Methods 32 cases of female schizophrenia were treated with Ziprasidone for 6 weeks.Laboratory examination and ECG examination were carried out before and 2,4,6 weeks after treatment.Investigated the influence of Ziprasidone on lipid,blood glucose,body weight and ECG in female schizophrenia patients.Results The levels of triglyceride,cholesterol and body weight of female schizophrenia patients after treatment significantly rose than those before treatment,with statistical significant differences (P ＜ 0.05); QT and QTC interval 4 weeks after treatment significantly prolonged,with statistical significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone has influence on serum lipid,body weight and QT interval in female schizophrenic patients,but not on blood glucose.关键词
