影响重症肺炎患者伏立康唑血药浓度相关因素分析
Analysis on relevant factors affecting voriconazole plasma concentration in patients with severe pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between voriconazole plasma concentration and biochemical indicators as well as concurrent drugs in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods The data of voriconazole plasma concentration,corresponding biomedical indicators,and concurrent quinolone antibacterial,triazole antifungal,hepatoprotective,glucocorticoids drugs use were all recorded in severe pneumonia patients after intravenous injection of voriconazole in our hospital.The relevant factors affecting voriconazole plasma concentration were evaluated with linear regression analysis by SPSS.Results The plasma level of single dose voriconazole was significantly associated with age,alanine aminotransferase,direct bilirubin,gender,body weight adjusted daily dose,proton pump inhibitors,and azithromycin tablets.Conclusion Voriconazole plasma concentration is affected not only by external factors,but also by a number of intrinsic factors as well as the concurrent drugs.关键词
