2428例老年体检人群尿酸水平检测结果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relevance of the uric acid (UA) levels of the elderly who took physical examination and other related clinical diseases.Methods 2428 elderly patients who took physical examinations in our hospital from January 2012 to July 2013 were chosen.Blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,coronary disease and uricemia were detected and analyzed statistically.Results As the age grown,the incidence of the hyperuricemia trended to raise; The hyperuricemia patients can supervene hypertension,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease and other correlative clinical diseases,the incidence of these diseases was obviously superior to the normal uric acid level group.There were obvious significant differences in the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The incidence of the hyperuricemia trends to raise in the elderly group,and is related to hypertension and other correlative clinical diseases.The screening of hyperuricemia is meaningful,and is worth widely applied in clinic.关键词
