布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe effects of nebulizer inhalation using budesonide combined with terbutaline in treatment for capillary bronchitis.Methods 62 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated conventionally,while the observation group was treated with inhaling budesonide and terbutaline.Results The symptoms and signs of observation group subsided earlier than those of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The cases of the observation group were cured at a total of 96.77％,which was much greater than that of the control group 80.65％ (P ＜ 0.05).No adverse reactions were identified during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion Inhalation using both budesonide andterbutaline is more effective for capillary bronchitis treatment.关键词
