经皮微创旋切减压治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床研究
Percutaneous minimally invasive rotary cutting decompression for herniation of cervical disc

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous minimally invasive rotary cutting decompression in the treatment of herniation of cervical disc.Methods 80 patients with herniation of cervical disc were divided into an observation group(from Jan.2012 to Jan.2013,40 cases) and a control group(from Jan.2011 to Dec.2011,40 cases) according to their hospitalization time.Conventional operation treatment plan was used in the control group and percutaneous minimally invasive rotary cutting decompression was used in the observation group.The pain levels,clinical efficacies,and prognosis degrees were compared between the two groups.Results 16 cases got good curative effect in both groups.The pain level was (6.67 ± 1.39) in the observation group and was (10.69 ± 1.08) in the control group,with a statistical difference(P ＜ 0.05).The prognosis degrees of the objective group (limb function:[15.69 ± 2.57]; body feeling:[13.70± 3.69]; bladder function:[18.68 ± 3.39]) was higher than that of the control group(limb function:[12.60 ± 2.43]; body feeling:[10.20 ± 4.65]; bladder function:[16.98± 2.58]),with statistial differences.Conclusions Percutaneous minimally invasive rotary cutting decompression in the treatment of herniation of cervical disc is effective and can decrease the patients' pain level,reduce operation wound,and promote prognosis.关键词
