Vitapex在年轻恒牙可复性牙髓炎治疗中的临床观察
Clinical observation of Vitapex in the treatment of reversible pulpitis of young permanent teeth

Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of Vitapex drugs in the treatment of young permanent teeth with reversible pulpitis.Methods 166 young permanent teeth diagnosed with reversible pulpitis whose roots had not yet fully formed showed by X-ray film were chosen.Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups in accordance with visiting order.Test group (85 teeth) took Vitapex drugs,while control group (81 teeth) took calcium hydroxide paste.Evaluated pain and reversible situation of two groups after medicine-taking.Results After medicine-taking,the mild pain incidence rate of test group was 90.59％,and that of control group was 77.78％,with significant difference between two groups (x 2 =5.15,P ＜ 0.05).1 month after medicine-taking,the cure rate of test group was 93.98％,and that of control group was 89.61％,with significant difference between two groups (x 2 =3.98,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Vitapex in the treatment of young permanent teeth can keep pulp vitality of teeth,make teeth root develop normally through its pharmacological action,which has a good clinical effect and is worthy of wide popularization.关键词
