Hematology analyzer for cell counting of hemorrhagic cerebrospinal fluid

Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility of hematology analyzer for the cell counting of hemorrhagic cerebrospinal fluid.Methods 133 hemorrhagic cerebrospinal fluid specimens were collected.Traditional microscope counting was used in the control group and ABX-pentra-60 hematology analyzer was used in the observation group to count the red cells.The data were analyzed using paired t-test statistical analysis.Results The number of red cells was 916.72 × 109/L in the control group and was 869.66 × 109/L in the observation group,wihtout statistical difference (t=1.091,V=132,P=0.277 [bilateral]).Conclusion ABX-pentra-60 hematology analyzer can be use in the cell counting of hemorrhagic cerebrospinal fluid.关键词
