Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychiatric patients' suicidal behavior during hospitalization and to develop effective preventive measures.Methods A total of 1200 hospitalized patients were selected and divided into intervention group and control group,600 cases in each group.Intervention group adopted specific psychological nursing intervention,while control group adopted conventional care.Assessment was made with Suicide Attitude Questionnaire (QSA) before and two months after intervention.We compared and analyzed QSA scores of two groups.Results In intervention group,attitude dimension scores to people who committed suicide and their families were (2.82 ± 0.31),(2.94 ± 0.64) respectively after intervention,which were significantly higher than (2.25 ± 0.72),(2.17 ± 0.61) before intervention (P ＜ 0.01).In control group,cognitive dimension score of the nature of suicide and.attitude dimension score on euthanasia were (2.78 ±-0.57),(2.91 ± 0.36) respectively,which were significantly lower than (3.53 ± 0.38),(3.69 ± 0.74) before intervention (P ＜ 0.01).After intervention,scores in 4"aspects of intervention group were (3.93 ± 0.72),(2.82 ± 0.31),(2.94 ± 0.64),(3.85 ± 0.62) respectively,which were significantly higher than (2.78 ± 0.57),(2.12 ± 0.42),(2.31 t 0.48),(2.91 ± 0.36) of control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent and avoid suicide of hospitalized psychiatric patients,and improve the quality and safety of nursing,worthy of promotion.关键词
