年轻子宫内膜癌保留生育功能的研究进展
Research progress on fertility-sparing treatment for young patients with endometrial carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Endometrial carcinoma is the most common gynecological cancer in the world.The main method of treatment is surgery,and most patients will have a good prognosis by undergoing total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.However,besides reduce of recurrence,and extending survival time,many young nulliparity women wish to preserve the fertility function for the better quality of life.Therefore,the research of fertility-sparing treatment is necessary.This article is a review of the possibilities and related questions about the fertility-sparing treatment in endometrial carcinoma.关键词
