调强放疗联合腔内后装放疗治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) combined with afterloading radiotherapy for the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods 48 patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into control group (treated with conventional radiotherapy) and experimental group (treated with IMRT combined with afterloading radiotherapy).The radiotherapy effect and incidence of complications of two groups were compared.Results The total response rate of experimental group was 91.7％,which was significantly higher than 66.7％ of control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of complications of experimental group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion IMRT combined with afterloading radiotherapy is effective for advanced cervical cancer.It is worthy of wide use and promotion.关键词
