应用连续性血液净化治疗急性肾衰竭患者的临床疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of critical nephropathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute renal failure,to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Methods We selected 47 cases admitted in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 and randomly divided them into control group (given conventional hemodialysis) and observation group (given continuous blood purification),the efficacy of two groups were compared.Results ① After treatment the levels of Scr and BUN were better than those of before treatment and the observation group was also better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05); ② The mortality rate of observation group (4.17％) was lower than that of control group (21.74％),the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification has significant effect in treating acute renal failure,which is worthy of clinical use widely.关键词
