Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) on recent life quality of patients with acute myocardial infartionc (AMI).Methods 82 cases patients with AMI who had undergone PCI therapy in our hospital from March 2011 to September 2013 were randomly selected as PCI group,and 69 cases with AMI who had undergone non-PCI therapy were selected as control group,MIDAS was used to evaluate two groups' recent quality of life at admission,at discharge and 6 months post discharge.Results ① The MIDAS scores of PCI group at discharge and 6 months post discharge were less than those of control group (P ＜ 0.05); ② There was no significant difference in the 1-year survival rate,incidence of vascular events between two groups (PCI group:2.44％; control group:5.80％) (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Both PCI and non-PCI therapy can improve the recent life quality of patients with AMI after discharge,while PCI has more significant effect than non-PCI therapy.关键词
