健康教育对社区糖尿病患者的干预效果观察
Observation on effects of health-education intervention in community diabetes patients

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of health education intervention to diabetes patients in the community.Methods Eighty patients suffering from diabetes mellitus (DM) over one year registered in our community healthy care center were randomly divided into two groups,intervention group and control group.We observed the effects between two groups on patients' compliance behavior and the control effect of blood sugar level in a year.Results The intervention group reported better situation of blood sugar than control group (P ＜ 0.01),with higher patient compliance and acceptance of health care than control group (P ＜ 0.05),and meanwhile it explicitly reduced the rate of hospitalization and diabetes complications (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Health education intervention is necessary to help DM patients improve their quality of life.关键词
