蟾酥注射液诱导人膀胱癌细胞T24、BIU-87凋亡的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the anticancer activity of venenum bufonis injection.Methods T24 and BIU-87 cells were seeded in RPMI 1640 culture medium and incubated at 37 ℃.Cell suspension was taken at multiple time points and stained by AO/EB dye and then was observed under fluorescence microscope.Results At hour 0,3,6,12,24,and 48,the apoptosis rates of T24 cells were 3.0％,12.5％,59.5％,66.5％,70.0％,and 63.5％ respectively; and the apoptosis rates of BIU-87 cells were 2.0％,13.5％,55.5％,62.5％,68.5％,and 64.0％,respectively.Conclusions The apoptosis of T24 and BIU-87 cells can be obviously induced by venenum bufonis injection.Venenum bufonis injection has anticancer activity in vitro.关键词
