摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of glucose on cAMP generation and insulin secretion in INS-1 cell.Method We detected the changes of cAMP and insulin in INS-1 cell at 30 min stimulation by glucose of different concentrations (2.8,7.5,15 mmol/L).Result cAMP generation and insulin secretion in INS-1 cell were obviously stimulated as glucose concentration increased (P < 0.05) and were relative to the concentration of glucose.Conclusion The increasing concentration of glucose could induce the cAMP production and insulin secretion in INS-1 cell.关键词
