多奈哌齐联合康复训练治疗老年痴呆患者的临床效果探讨

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of donepezil and rehabilitation training for patients with Alzheimer' s disease.Methods 144 patients with Alzheimer' s disease were chosen from our hospital from June,2010 to June,2013 and then were randomly and averagely divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group were treated with donepezil for 8 weeks.And the treatment group were given donepezil and rehabilitation training for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacies were observed.Results 63 patients responded to the treatment well,7 just responded to,and 2 did not in the treatment group,with a efficacy of 97.2％.42 patients responded the treatment well,24 just responded to,and 6 did not in the control group,with a efficacy of 91.7％.The values of MMES and BEHAVE-AD were improved more in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusions Donepezil and rehabilitation training for patients with Alzheimer' s disease is effective,can improve the patients' mental status and cognitive function,and is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
