Abstract
Irrigation and water conservancy is an important support of rural economic and social stability and development ,and is also an important factor restricting China′s agricultural development and increase farmers′income. Central Document No.2010 ,first pointed out the need to continue to increase national agricultural and rural investment ,clearly should be placed on the infrastructure construction of farmLand water conservancy. Combined with the water conservancy construction requirements ,the construction of water conservancy research background ,vigorously development the importance of farmland water conservancy construction in Fujian Province were explored. By means of site visits and questionnaires , status of farmland water conservancy construction and management in Changle City ,farmland the overall layout and the idea of water conservancy construction were analyzed. On the basis of the southeast coastal areas of farmLand water conservancy construction and development experience ,status and existing problems of Changle City were explored. Aim at the development of irrigation and water conservancy for Changle City ,development of irrigation and water conservancy construction,constraints,strengths and weaknesses and other factors,combined with the actual local situation, development countermeasures were proposed.关键词
