Abstract

A new method was established for the determination of carbendazim in edible fungus by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector(SPE-HPLC-FLD). The edible fungus samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and purified by a solid phase extraction column. Then,the chromatographic separation was achieved on a C18 column. The mobile phase was 20 mmoL/L phosphate-acetonitrile. The results showed that the recovery rates of carbendazim were between 85.5%to 95.4%with the relative standard deviations below 6.0%,and limit of quantification(LOQs)was 0.05 mg/kg. The method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and repeatable,and can be used for determination of carben-dazim in edible fungus.
