Abstract
In order to study effects of different reserved fruit amount on yield and quality of nonastringent persimmon ,five kinds of amount of remaining fruit processing were tested ,and no fruit thinning considered as the control.The results showed that amount of remaining fruit was positively correlated with yield per plant ,but the yield of commercial fruits and high-grade fruits by leaf-fruit ratio 20∶1 were the highest compared to other treatments.Soluble solids content of fruit by leaf-fruit ratio 20∶1 and 30∶1 was relatively higher than other treatments.Pedicle gaps and cracking tops by leaf-fruit ratio above 40∶1 was more than the other treatments.Physiological drop rate was inversely related to the amount of remaining fruit.Flowering and fruit growth conditions must be considered for the persimmon fruit thinning ,conducted with pruning ,removing the weak and the strong left.关键词
