Abstract
In view of the central committee of the communist party of China and the state council on accelerating the development of modern agriculture and several opinions to further enhance the vitality of rural development ,the Mudanjiang Branch of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in combination with the practical situation of itself ,the comprehensive summary of agricultural science and technology innovation in the past few years were summarized ,and combined with the current agricultural policy and strong scientific and technological strength ,the future direction of the scientific and technological innovation were analyzed so as to provide reference for the development of modern agriculture.关键词
