Abstract
Using single test,the effect of recovery temperature serum concentration,growth solution pH value,incubation temperature,concentration of digestive fluid and passage rate on the subculture for Marc-145 cells was studied.The results showed that the best subculture conditions for Marc-145 cells was when the recovery temperature was 37℃,the serum concentration was 10%,growth solution pH value was 7.2,incubation temperature was 37℃,concentration of digestive fluid was 0.25%,and passage rate was 1∶3.关键词
