Abstract
Water resource is a kind of irreplaceable fundamental natural resource which human beings survival and development depend on ,and it is also the base for economy and the sustainable development of Zhangjiakou City.Base on water resources present situation of Zhangjiakou City ,water protection strategies were proposed from water resources planning and management ,reforming the water price ,establishing water-saving agriculture;strengthening scientific and technological innovation ,promoting the water modernization process ,establishing water pollution control mechanism and water ecological protection compensation mechanism ,developing non-traditional water resources.关键词
