摘要

Abstract

The effects of heavy metal stress on the DNA of plants,animals and microorganisms(including bases,genes,chromosomes,etc.)were reviewed in this paper.It pointed out that heavy metal stress could induce DNA damages in the organisms ,such as base changes ,DNA single and double strand breaks and chromosome changes. Some test methods of heavy metals and research methods about biological DNA effects of heavy metal stress were introduced.It was helpful to further defense and improve heavy metal pollution problems.It was better to understand the mechanism of heavy metal stress caused DNA damages to organisms.
