Abstract
Under the condition of 30℃,the orthogonal test of L9(34)was used to optimize the extracting process for flavonoids in Iris lactea Pall. Var. chinensis Koidz,the most optimizational condition was as follows:ethanol concentration was 60%,the ratio of raw material and solvent was 1∶30, extraction times was 3,extraction time was 30 minutes.Under this condition,concent of flavonoids in Iris lactea Pall. Var. chinensis Koidz was 9.25 mg/g, the recoveries were 93.15%~103.92%,the coefficient of variation was no more than 2.32%. The antioxidation effect of Iris lactea Pall. Var. chinensis Koidz was determinated by the flow-injection chemiluminescence. The results showed that Iris lactea Pall. Var. chinensis Koidz had a strong antioxidation effect.关键词
