355例变应性鼻炎患者吸入性变应原特点分析
Characteristics of inhaled allergens in 355 patients with allergic rhinitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of inhaled allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR) from Shanghai Putuo District, and to provide clinical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Fifteen kinds of standardized allergens prick liquid were used to perform skin prick test (SPT) on 631 patients who were suspected of allergic rhinitis. 355 patients were diagnosed as AR and were divided into four age groups (3~17 years old, 18~39 years old, 40~59 years old, and≥60 years old). The characteristics of sensi-tized allergens was analyzed. Results Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus(Der p) and Dermatophagoides farinae(Der f) were the most common allergens, of which the positive rate was 49.9% and 49.8% respectively. 65.4% of AR patients were sensitized to≥3 allergens kinds. Of all age groups, the 18~39 years old age group showed the high-est proportion of multiple allergens sensitization (71.2%), and the age ≥60 years old group showed the lowest proportion of multiple allergens sensitization (40.7%), and the difference was significant (X2 =10.839, P =0.013). The SPT results of Der f and Der p showed a positive correlation (rs>0.600, P<0.01). The SPT reac-tion degree of Der f and Der p was positively correlated with the number of sensitized allergen kinds (rs>0.300,P<0.05). Conclusion Der f and Der p are the most common inhaled allergen kinds in AR patients from Shanghai Putuo District. The body’s excessive hypersensitivity to dust mites may increase the risk of other allergen sensitiza-tion .关键词
