不同转移方式耳后区皮瓣修复耳部软组织缺损
Different transferring modes of retroauricular flap to reconstruct the defect of concha
摘要
Abstract
A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of ear soft tissue defect reconstruction with different transferring modes of retroauricular flap. 5 cases with cavity of auricular concha soft tissue defect were repaired with retroauricu-lar flap transfered through the auricular cartilage tunnel. 7 cases with earlobe soft tissue defect were repaired with anterograde retroauricular island flap. 4 cases with upper ear defect were repaired with retroauricular reverse axial flap. 9 cases with retroauricular soft tissue defect were repaired with the kite flap. The minimum size of flap was 1.3 cmí1.2 cm,and the maximum size of flap was 4.6 cmí3.0 cm. The donor sites were repaired with direct suture or free skin graft. 25 patients were followed up for 2~18 months. All the flaps survived well,and auricular appear-ances after repair were satisfactory.关键词
