LATS2在子宫颈鳞癌组织中表达降低及其意义
Reduced expression of LATS2 in cervical squamous cell cancer and its clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore expression of LATS2 in cervical squamous cell cancer and its clinical signifi-cance. Methods The expression of LATS2 in 20 cases of normal cervical tissues and 40 cases of cervical squa-mous cell cancer by immunohistochemical SP were detected, and the relationship between LATS2 expression and cervical squamous cell cancer was analyzed. Results Nucleus expression of LATS2 was markedly decreased in cancer tissues compared to normal tissues (P<0.05). Decrease of LATS2 was significantly correlated with cancer patients' tumor size and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion Expression of LATS2 is markedly de-creased in cervical squamous cell cancer and the abnormal expression of LATS2 is likely to participate in the devel-opment and progress of cervical squamous cell cancer.关键词
