摘要
Abstract
A total of 20 patients with renal tumor(?<4 cm) received retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrec-tomy. An accelerated and effective technique -no need knot running suture -was directed by using the V-LocTM suture during the operation. All the procedures were completed successfully. There was no open conversion. The advantage is that it obviates the need to throw a knot and slippage is prevented by the barbs. The mean warm ische-mic time was 21 min(17~23 min). The no need knot running suture could be accomplished safely and simply. Such a technique could reduce warm ischemia time effectively and be worth promoting in the clinical operations.关键词
