Objective To explore the inhibition effects of LY294002(PI3K/Akt inhibition)on the proliferation and correlated regulatory factors of chronicmyeloid leukemia cell line K562 . Methods The effect of LY294002 on the proliferation of K562 cells were evaluated by MTT assays. K562 cells were cultured with 10,20 μmol/L LY294002 for 36 h.
