NEDD4-1基因在病理性瘢痕中的表达及意义
Expression of NEDD4-1 gene and its significance in pathological scar
摘要
Abstract
Objective To examine the gene expression of NEDD4-1 in pathological scar and explore its effect on formation of pathological scar. Methods Tissue specimens were collected from 10 cases of hypertrophic scar ( group A) , 10 cases of keloid ( group B) and 10 cases of normal skin ( group C) respectively. Western blot and RT-PCR techniques were performed to detect the protein and gene expression of NEDD4-1 . Results NEDD4-1 mRNA and protein in both group A and B could be expressed, while the difference between the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). Moreover, compared with the group C, the difference in gene expression of NEDD4-1 did not reach statistical significance in both group A and group B (P>0.05). Conclusion In our experimental study, NEDD4-1 gene is present in pathological scar, but further studies in the detailed mechanism are warranted.关键词
