健康人群中血清尿酸水平与中医体质类型的相关性研究
Correlation of Serum Uric Acid Level and TCM Constitution Type in Healthy People

Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation of serum uric acid level and TCM constitution type in healthy people. Methods:Tested the serum uric acid level for healthy people who came for health examination, and identified the TCM constitution of hyperuricemia people and normal serum uric acid level people, to learn the difference of the distribution of TCM constitution in hyperuricemia people and normal serum uric acid level people. Re-sults:The top three constitutions in hyperuricemia group were:constitution of phlegm-dampness (22.4%), damp-heat (21.6%), blood stasis (16.6%);the top three constitutions in normal uric acid people were:constitution of yin-yang harmony (28.6%), qi asthenia (12.4%), yang asthenia (15.2%). Conclusion:The constitution characteristic of high uric acid people is mainly related to constitutions of phlegm-dampness, damp-heat and blood sta-sis.关键词
