Influence of Cognitive Training on Motor Function after Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of cognitive training on motor function of stroke patients. Methods:60 cases of patients were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group, the control group treated by conventional medication of neurology department and exercise therapy, the observation group used targeted cognitive training on the basis of treatment of control group, which included attention, memory, time and spatial orientation training, etc, and compared the improvement of cognitive function and motor function of two groups. Results:After treatment, the MMSE and FMA scores in observation group were both higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:It has a positive meaning that cog-nitive training to the recovery of motor function after stroke.关键词
