摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of early rehabilitation treatment on activities of daily living (ADL) of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods:60 cases of acute stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group, each of 30 cases, two groups were both treated with conventional medicine treatment of neurology, rehabilitation group added with early rehabilitation training, the Barthel index scores of the two groups were observed after two courses of treatment. Results:The Barthel index score of rehabilitation group was significant-ly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Early rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the activities of daily living in stroke patients with hemiplegia.关键词
