游戏式功能锻炼对儿童肱骨髁上骨折康复的影响
Effects in Functional Exercise of Game Type on Rehabilitation of Children with Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of functional exercise of game type in rehabilitation on children with supracondylar fracture of humerus. Methods: 80 cases of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, control group received routine functional exercise, and experimental group adopted functional exercise of game type to systematically recover, to compare ef-fects of two groups. Results:The excellent and good rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01);the el-bow joint motion range and ability score of experimental group were both higher than those of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Children with su-pracondylar fracture of humerus with the rehabilitation treatment of game function exercise, with high compliance, can accelerate fracture healing and joint functional recovery.关键词
