Abstract
Objective:To establish the determination for content of eugenol in Rulekang gel paste. Methods:Used high performance liquid chromatog-raphy (HPLC) to test the content of eugenol, chromatographic column:Kromasil C18 (4.6mm´250mm, 5µm) column;mobile phase:methanol-water (55:45);detection wavelength:280nm;flow rate:1.0ml/min;column temperature:30℃. Results:The eugenol had showed a good linear relationship in the range of 18.48~147.84µg/ml, r=0.99994, the average recovery was 98.18%, RSD was 1.06%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is accurate, reli-able and reproducible, and provides reference for quality controlling of Relekang gel paste.关键词
