手法整复伸直桡偏旋转型肱骨髁上骨折50例疗效分析
Efficacy Analysis on 50 Cases of Humeral Supracondylar Fracture of Straighten Radial Deviation Rotary Type Treated by Twisted Taxis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of internal rotation twisted taxis and small splint fixation for children's humeral supracondylar frac-ture of straighten radial deviation rotary type. Methods: 50 cases of children were randomly divided into treatment group (27 cases) and control group (23 cases), the treatment group treated by internal rotation twisted taxis and small splint fixation, while the control group by traditional manual reduction, evaluated the efficacy after 6 months. Results:There were 19 cases of excellent, 4 cases of good, 3 cases of general and 1 case of bad in treatment group;9 cases of excellent, 6 cases of good, 5 cases of general and 3 case of bad in control group;the efficacy of treatment group was sig-nificantly better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of internal rotation twisted taxis and small splint fixation has a good curative effect on children's humeral supracondylar fracture of straighten radial deviation rotary type.关键词
