Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of silver needle therapy of intensive tenderness points for lumbar disc herniation. Methods:249 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group treated by silver needle therapy of intensive tender-ness points, while the control group by acupuncture combined with traction, then observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.4%, which was higher than 77.9%of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Silver needle therapy of intensive tender-ness points is a practical and effective conservative treatment for lumbar disc herniation, it has advantages of good efficacy, lasting effect, etc, and de-serves clinical promotion and application.关键词
