Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects in massage combined with joint mobilization and medium frequency electrotherapy treat-ing scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods:60 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group, mas-sage group and rehabilitation group on average, treatment group with massage combined with joint mobilization and medium frequency electrothera-py, massage group only with massage technique, rehabilitation group with medium frequency electrotherapy, to compare shoulder joint function score and clinical efficacy in three groups. Results:after the treatment, the shoulder joint function score and effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of massage group and rehabilitation group (P<0.05), but without significant difference in massage group and rehabili-tation group (P>0.05). Conclusion:Massage combined with joint mobilization and medium frequency electrotherapy treating scapulohumeral periar-thritis is significantly effective, which can effectively improve patients shoulder joint function and activity of daily living.关键词
