雷火灸结合电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察
Efficacy Observation on Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Combined with Electro-acupuncture for Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis. Methods:160 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases), the treatment group treated by thunder-fire moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture, while the control group by orally taking glucosamine sulfate and diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets, observed the efficacy after 1 month. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.75%, which was higher than 83.75%that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture for knee osteoar-thritis is safe and effective, which deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
