Abstract
Objective:Through comments on outpatient prescriptions, to improve the reasonable clinical antimicrobial usage. Methods:Retrospective analyzed 600 outpatient prescriptions which form March to August 2013 in our institute, and filled the prescription evaluation scale according to the requirements of"Prescription Management"and"Guidelines for Clinical Use of Antibiotics". Results:The average prescription value was 175.34 yu-an, the usage rate of antibiotics was 16.72%, the generic name accouted for 100% of the prescription usage rate, the usage rate of injections was 9.3%. Conclusion:The prescription comment system should be further implemented to strengthen the management of prescriptions and improve the rational drug use.关键词
