疤痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式的临床分析
Analysis of Delivery Mode of Scar Uterus Re-pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the delivery mode of scar uterus re-pregnancy, and analyze the possibility of vaginal delivery of scar uterus re-pregnancy. Methods:Retrospective analyzed 240 cases of pregnant women of scar uterus re-pregnancy and their delivery conditions. Results:In the 240 cases of pregnant women, 182 cases were delivered with trial of labor, which were successful in 122 cases, and the success rate was 67.03%. Conclusion:For the scar uterus pregnant women who are going to labor again, cesarean section is not a safe and reasonable way, choosing vaginal de-livery in the case of no indications of re-cesarean section is a safe way that also can reduce complications, deserves clinical promotion and applica-tion.关键词
