The Influence of Point-pressing Manipulation by Finger-tip on Upper Limb Function Recovery of Stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of point-pressing manipulation by finger-tip on upper limb function recovery of stroke patients. Methods:60 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both group received conventional rehabilitation training, while the treatment group used point-pressing manipulation by finger-tip on the basis of the training, then used Fugl-Meyer assessment and Barthel index to evaluate the upper limb function and ability of daily living of two groups. Results:After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer scores and Barth-el index of two groups were both increased (P<0.01), but the scores of treatment group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Point-pressing manipulation by finger-tip can improve the recovery of stroke patients' upper limb function and ability of daily living.关键词
