Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of massage combined with hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery. Methods:58 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery were randomly divided into treatment group (29 cases) and control group (29 cases), the treatment group treated by HBO combined with massage, while the control group only by HBO, then observed the efficacy and recur-rence of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), the recurrence rate was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Massage combined with HBO has significant curative effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral ar-tery, which can effectively reduce recurrence rate, deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
