Abstract
Fuzzy numerals, widely used in ancient Chinese poetry, especially in the poetry of the Tang Dynasty, play an im-portant role in poetry appreciation.Therefore, the accuracy of numeral translation has a direct effect on poetry’s translation quali-ty.Through the research of 300 Tang Poems translated by XU Yuan-chong, it can be found that literal translation, omission and change of numerals, employment of rhymes, reduplication and explanation can be used in the translation of fuzzy numerals, con-sidering readers’ reception, cultural transmission and forms of poetry.关键词
