摘要
Abstract
The absence of rights concepts and the confusion of moral heritage lead to social anomie in China .With the help of cross interpretation of the concept of rights and traditional morality , we can create a practice environment where rights protection concepts and moral construction confirm and support each other.Under the background of rights, morality makes itself modernized through the moral, epochal and functional screening mechanism.Rights complete its universality and Chinese localization by the influence of traditional morality.Traditional morality and rights, on the basis of mutual gaining, present new connotations.The construction of their interactive value domains can effectively guard against social anomie .关键词
